斯蒂芬•福里斯特（Steven Forrest），生于1949年，进化占星学的创始人之一，当今世界最有影响力的占星大师之一。1971年毕业于美国北卡罗莱纳大学宗教学专业。1984—1988年间，出版了《内在的天空》、《变幻的天空》和《昨日的天空》三本占星经典著作，奠定了他早期在占星学界的地位。迄今为止，斯蒂芬出版了12部占星著作，在世界占星学界享有很高的声誉。他是屡获国际占星大奖的世界顶尖占星师，充满智慧与人文情怀。
